Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled HVAC Technicians who can diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, perform necessary repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, performing the appropriate HVAC system repairs.
Recharge refrigerant levels, check for leaks, and ensure the refrigerant cycle is functioning correctly in air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Perform energy-efficiency upgrades, such as installing smart thermostats or sealing ducts.
Explain maintenance procedures to customers and provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service calls.
Ensure every customer is 100% satisfied.
Deliver a high level of customer service.
Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Metrics.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system malfunctions.
Knowledge of recharging refrigerant levels, checking for leaks, and ensuring proper function of the refrigerant cycle.
Experience with performing energy-efficiency upgrades and explaining maintenance procedures to customers.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to maintain accurate records and achieve assigned KPIs and Metrics.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test
