Job Summary:
The Service Technician performs semi-skilled and skilled work in the operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The Service Technician provides exceptional customer service and educates customers regarding technical and investment decisions by providing multiple options and solutions while making service calls in customers’ homes.

Essential Jobs and Duties:

Service, maintain, repair, residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems.
Troubleshoot HVAC and determine needed repairs
Determine the general condition of HVAC systems and provide the best comfort solution that fits the customer's comfort needs
Maintain and keep company vehicle clean
Remain focused on safety on the job site and while driving

Qualifications:

1+ years of HVAC Service Technician Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
NATE certification preferred
EPA Certification preferred
Strong communication, customer skills, and technical competence
Sales Skills
Must have trade tools
Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
