Customer Service Office Administrator will answer incoming client calls, book, and dispatch calls. Handle miscellaneous office duties. Need to have great telephone communication skills and am a people person. If you are energetic, a fast learner, and want to grow then this job Is for you.

- Offer Club Memberships (Commissions Earned)
- Follow up with Club Membership clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Find solutions to customer concerns
- Participate in all company-sponsored training classes
- Maintaining a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates
- Must have 1+ years of customer service (HVAC Experience a plus)
- GED or High School diploma or equivalent
- Professional strong communication, and customer service skills
- Energetic and motivated personality
- Microsoft Office Skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to handle multi-task
- Organized and pay close attention to detail
- Ability to pass background and drug screening tests
