Job Summary:
Customer Service Office Administrator will answer incoming client calls, book, and dispatch calls. Handle miscellaneous office duties. Need to have great telephone communication skills and am a people person. If you are energetic, a fast learner, and want to grow then this job Is for you.

Essential Jobs and Duties:

Microsoft: Excel, and Word
Strong communication skills
Offer Club Memberships (Commissions Earned)
Follow up with Club Membership clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Find solutions to customer concerns
Participate in all company-sponsored training classes
Maintaining a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates

Qualifications:

Must have 1+ years of customer service (HVAC Experience a plus)
GED or High School diploma or equivalent
Professional strong communication, and customer service skills
Energetic and motivated personality
Microsoft Office Skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Able to handle multi-task
Organized and pay close attention to detail
Ability to pass background and drug screening tests
