JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an HVAC Technician with specific responsibility for identifying repair and/or replacement needs; installing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading HVAC systems and equipment; assisting other skilled trades; and ensuring that tools and materials are available at job site.
This job reports to the General Manager.
Location: Miramar, FL
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Assess HVAC systems for general condition and troubleshoot malfunctions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at job sites
- Maintain a safety-conscious approach, both on-site and while driving
- Wear protective floor coverings while in customers' homes
- Ensure company vehicle is clean and well-maintained
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Hands-on experience: Minimum 3 years as a Senior Air Conditioning Technician
- Preferred certifications: EPA 608 Universal Certification, NATE certification (preferred but not required)
- Project experience: Demonstrated success in HVAC system installations
- Strong communication skills and technical competence
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Clean driving record
- DESIRED: bilingual (English and Spanish)
