Qualified candidates:
- Have at least 2-5 years of residential HVAC Install / change out experience
- Are available to work weekends when/if needed
- Have a sound knowledge of fundamental operational functionality of residential HVAC equipment
- Are able to communicate well with customers and co-workers
All Installation Technicians are expected to have a clean, neat appearance, appropriate tools, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, the ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug screen, as well as undergo a thorough background check.

· Pay is a range of $18/hr (Helper) to $25/hr (very experienced) and will commensurate with experience. Pay will also include a percentage of each job performed.
