Due to our explosive growth, we are building additional installer teams for our residential install department.

This is much more than a helper position, and the ideal candidate will have 2+ years of HVAC install experience, and be motivated to learn and grow into a lead installer themselves.

As we grow, so will you.

Please note, this is not a trainee position.

The Job

The day to day will be you assisting the lead installer and completing install tasks on your own, to insure neat, correct and timely installations.

You must be a team player, and be equally capable of working on your own, and following direction. Pride in workmanship is a must.

Understand we are in the customer service business. Sometimes that requires working past 4PM, and the occasional Saturday. We make every effort to accomodate your scheduling needs, but sometimes we make demands on you as well, depending on weather and customer demand.

Pass drug, background, and MVR checks

Have residential HVAC experience (2 years minimum)

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. The franchisee sets their own compensation and benefits.
