As an Outbound Representative you'll serve as a key connection between our company and our customers. You'll build relationships, provide valuable information, and help homeowners stay comfortable year-round.
- Proactively connect with current and past customers regarding maintenance memberships, service opportunities, and special promotions
- Schedule appointments and ensure customers receive outstanding service
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes
- Follow up with customers to strengthen relationships and increase customer retention
- Outgoing, positive, and confident when connecting with people—whether on the phone or in person
- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and earning trust
- Resilient and motivated—you don't get discouraged by a "no" and see objections as opportunities to educate and help
- Someone who enjoys a challenge and takes pride in finding solutions that benefit customers
- Goal-oriented with a competitive spirit and a desire to succeed
- A team player who brings positive energy and contributes to a winning culture
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to grow professionally
- Monday–Friday availability (some Saturdays)
- 2+ years in customer service, call center, or related work
- Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, working quickly through different programs, and dexterity of doing it all while working with our customers)
- Valid driver’s license + clean record, reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
