One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Springfield is looking for an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. If you take pride in high-quality work, lead by example, and want to work for a company that respects your time and talent, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
- Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and IAQ products
- Mentor and train apprentice and junior installers
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and up to code
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Maintain clean job sites and company vehicles
- Deliver the “Always On Time… Or You Don’t Pay a Dime!®” customer experience
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years residential HVAC installation experience
- Sheet Metal Fabrication
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces
- Strong troubleshooting and installation knowledge
Preferred
- Experience leading installation crews
- Knowledge of HVAC codes and best practices
