What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical teams by ensuring permits, inspections, and project documentation are handled accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the permit and inspection process from start to finish
  • Following up with city offices and related agencies
  • Assisting with scheduling project-related appointments
  • Communicating directly and professionally with customers regarding inspections and project details
  • Maintaining accurate data entry and organized digital records
  • Supporting managers and technicians with timely, reliable information
  • Collaborating effectively with all departments within the company
  • Working a dependable Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
Your attention to detail ensures our field teams can move quickly and confidently — without delays.

What We’re Looking For
· Experience with residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical permitting, or a similar service-based industry preferred
· Strong administrative background with excellent follow-up skills
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
· Experience using Dropbox and the ability to learn new software quickly
· Organized, focused, and dependable in a fast-paced environment
· Enthusiastic, approachable, and confident communicator

Candidates selected for consideration will complete computer-based assessments evaluating basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
