As an Air Duct Cleaning Technician, you'll help homeowners improve their indoor air quality by performing professional duct cleaning services and recommending solutions that keep HVAC systems operating efficiently.
Perform residential air duct cleaning and HVAC system cleaning services.
- Clean and sanitize ductwork, vents, and HVAC components using specialized equipment.
- Install indoor air quality (IAQ) products, including filtration and air purification systems.
- Clearly explain completed work and recommend additional services when appropriate.
- Complete accurate service documentation and maintain company standards.
- Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools in a clean and professional manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while treating every customer's home with care and respect.
- At least 6 months in air duct cleaning, HVAC, restoration, or another related mechanical service field preferred.
- Experience working in customers' homes is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and other residential environments.
- Driving requirements: be at least 21 years of age, have had a valid driver's license for at least 3 years, and a good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
