Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for an experienced HVAC Sales & Installation Coordinator to help us grow our in-home sales division. You'll help schedule free in-home appointments throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. Responsibilities

Answers inbound calls and schedules in-home Comfort Advisor Leads
Ability to follow scripting, while prioritizing call lead types for maximum efficiency and success
Must be Detail Oriented and have the ability to Multitask
Set up jobs, close jobs, pull permits, register equipment and warranty.
Answer inbound calls as a back up to the customer service team and dispatch.
Help with outbound calls and other duties as assigned when needed.

Requirements

2-3 Years of HVAC Coordinator Experience Desired
Several Years of Customer Service Helpful
A strong understanding of the Twin Cities Marketplace Helpful
Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
Understands the importance and balance of teamwork and working effectively with our internal/external customers
Ability to multitask under pressure
Good written and verbal skills
Good computer skills needed
Positive Attitude and team player a MUST!

**Please note that this position pays $20-23/HR, and the hours for this position will be Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend hours as needed.
