Assistant HVAC Installation Technician
One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

We’re looking for motivated Assistant Install Techs who want to learn, grow, and become top-tier installers—not just helpers.
👷‍♂️ THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:
- You’ve completed HVAC trade school
- You have at least 1 year of hands-on HVAC experience
- You’re currently an Assistant Installer ready to level up
- You take pride in clean, professional work

🔧 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Working alongside experienced Lead Installers, you’ll learn how to properly install residential HVAC systems from start to finish, including:
- Removing and disposing of old HVAC equipment safely
- Setting and leveling pads and outdoor units
- Running refrigerant lines, brazing, pressure testing, evacuating, and charging systems
- Assisting with electrical power and control wiring
- Supporting system start-ups and performance checks
- Keeping job sites clean, professional, and customer-ready
- Completing job documentation accurately
- Making sure every install is clean, plumb, level, and done right
This is real hands-on training, not busy work.
✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- HVAC trade school completion
- Minimum 1 year of HVAC field experience (install or service)
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent

21+ years old (must qualify to drive a DOT vehicle)
- Basic HVAC hand tools
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
