Northern One Hour Heating, Ben Franklin Plumbing & Mister Sparky Electric is a locally owned and operated heating, cooling and plumbing & Electrical company servicing the metro area since 1990, and due to continued growth, we are looking to hire an experienced accounting assistant. If you are reliable, detailed oriented and have a accounting and administrative experience, Northern One Hour Heating & Cooling, Ben Franklin Plumbing& Mister Sparky Electric has a great opportunity for you! Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

This is a hourly paid position Monday thru Friday, 7:30AM-4PM and reports to our Lead Accountant.

Responsibilities

Payroll processing- Performance and hourly
Process and maintain maintenance agreement accruals and billings.
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Maintenance Agreement Set-up and CC updates
PO Itemization & Reconciliations
Help with reporting and other financial data

Requirements

2-Year Degree or Equivalent Experience Recommended.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
Understands accounts payable, accounts receivable and various accounting practices.
Ability to work both independent and as part of team
Good written and verbal communication skills
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Positive attitude and team player a MUST!
