- Perform maintenance and service calls efficiently and professionally
- Communicate recommendations to customers
- Present repair option or set a tech leadΒ when appropriate
- Offer memberships, indoor air quality products, and financing options
- Complete accurate service tickets and documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
β Strong Diagnostic and Troubleshooting Skills
β Experience with Gas Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Air Conditioning, and Boilers Preferred
β Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
β Excellent Customer Service Skills
β Ability to Work Independently
β EPA Certification Required
