In this Role, you Will
- Maintain, Diagnose Problems, Repair, and Install Residential Heating and Air Conditioning Systems
- Educate Homeowners on Products or Services We Offer Which They Could Benefit From
- Be a Part of a Team Who Improve Themselves and are a Positive Influence to Each Other and our Community
What We Are Looking For
- No HVAC Experience is Required
- Ability and Desire to Learn New Skills
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills
- Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Work Overtime, Be a Part of On-Call Schedule on Nights & Weekends
- Ability to Lift up to 75 lbs.
- A Valid Driver’s License
- Must be Able to Pass a Pre-Employment Background Check and Drug Test
