Responsibilities:
- We believe customers should speak with real people, not phone robots. Answer calls as they come in
- Verify information in our CRM and make sure to update notes with a high degree of accuracy
- Help Technicians check out and update records accordingly
- Respond to chats and emails as needed
- Additional duties as assigned
- Experience providing excellent customer service over the phone and chat
- Able to multitask, update notes in CRM, and keep up with phone conversations
- Positive, customer service-driven attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability and desire to work independently, come up with solutions, and know how to use your resources
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
