If you have above average installation skills and a clear knowledge of to install, AC & heat pump package & split systems we want you! You should be able to work without close supervision and have a good driving record. Good communication skills and a team player attitude are a must.

Qualifications:
Successful applicants will have a minimum of 3 years in HVAC residential installation. Must show evidence of good organizational skills. Customer service skills are a must. You must supply your own hand tools.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for installing rooftop package units & split systems. Planned maintenance agreements are a large part of our slow time and keeps us busy year-round. Ability to interact with customers very important.

You can live anywhere in the Quad-Cities, however, you will need to come into the office daily. Our office is located out by the airport.

On-boarding and initial training is expected to last approximately 1 week. Some On-boarding may take place at our Kingman office. We will pay for your hotel and meals while out of town, if overnight travel is required.

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus!! 1 year of employment is expected in return.

Must have clean driving record

Pass hiring drug test and random tests, must pass a national criminal background check.

Compensation: $18.00 - $50.00 per hour
